Corwin Ford is a joke I had a 2015 Honda Civic EX-L as a trade-in with 34k miles. After 3 rounds of the "let me go speak with my manager" which took well over half an hour, I had a 2015 Honda Civic EX-L as a trade-in with 34k miles. After 3 rounds of the "let me go speak with my manager" which took well over half an hour, they were still offering below KBB value. Obviously, it wasn't the place for me, so I asked for my keys which they still had from doing the appraisal, and they completely ignored me. I literally had to ask for my keys 5 times just to leave as they were still trying to go through their list of sales tactics with me. I went to McCurley immediately after, and they offered me $3,000 MORE than Corwin Ford had, without having to do any negotiating. I now have a new car from McCurley and didn't even have to make a down payment. After leaving a review on their Facebook page, they then bribed or "challenged" me by offering $500 if I call them and compare deals, and my deal ends up being at least $500 better. Look elsewhere, please. Corwin Ford is a joke. More
