First experience with Corwin Ford When I walked into Corwin and told the receptionist what I needed she immediately notified the sales team. Nelly was the one who helped with the purchase of the new car. I told him we had been in on New Years and looked for the vehicle we wanted. He told me that he would check to see if the keys were still there and if they were the car was not sold. He came back with the keys and we started the paper work. I told him my son did not get off work until 4:00 but he would like to see the car first. He suggested that we drive the car over to the place he worked so he could see it. Most car dealerships will not do this for a customer. I picked Eric up after work and he finished the paper work I had started that morning and he drove him with the car. I was very impressed with how clean your show room was. And how Nelly went out of his way to make it all work for us. More

Had a Ford Escape during the "RV flat tow" debacle and burned up the transmission twice because Ford had made a big mistake. Even though Ford paid for both transmission replacements, it was a terrible inconvenience for us. Only because I hounded the service manager was it discovered that Ford had neglected to supply the slightly different transmission dipstick. As soon as I walked onto the Corwin site I was greeted by the first person to see me, asking "how can I help you?. And not with the old "how much $ can I find in your pockets?" attitude so typical of car sales personnel of the past. More

Asked for more money months after sale Purchased a car and paid in full at time of purchase. Kept us there 2 hours with add on costs etc. They finally calculated the total and we wrote a c Purchased a car and paid in full at time of purchase. Kept us there 2 hours with add on costs etc. They finally calculated the total and we wrote a check. 3 months later I got a call that th ey wanted another 1000 dollars. I told them we paid in full, but they said they made a math error. I told them we weren't paying more. Today, 6 months after that they have sent us to collections. Never do business here. No communication, and they didn't keep any promise made to find the other keys etc. Do not shop here. More

It was a great experience from my initial inquiry online, through my test drive, finding just the right vehicle for my needs, purchasing, and finally at delivery. Austin is very knowlageable, and a pleasure to work with. He made the process simple, no pressure, and enjoyable. He communicated frequently with me from texts, to emails, and on the phone. This made it possible to do a lot of the work of finding the right vehicle while on frequent business travel. In addition Austin arranged my test drive with Cameron Firth for the only time I had free to visit the dealership. Cameron was also very knowlageable and helpful. Dishonest Advertisement I received an email from Corwin FORD offering a pre-paid VISA if I took test drive. I took the test drive and have since been given the run around fro I received an email from Corwin FORD offering a pre-paid VISA if I took test drive. I took the test drive and have since been given the run around from 3 different people about it. The last person I talked with said the weren't running that promotion anymore despite my email from them having 2 weeks left before expiring. Not sure how I can trust them with 10's of thousands of dollars, trusting that they will back up their warranty and maintenance portion, if they won't honor a stupid pre-paid VISA card per their own advertisements. More
