The service shop took care of me ! My 2016 Expedition was in for service to find the source of s small oil leak ( telltale evidence on my garage floor.). Turns out that it was residual My 2016 Expedition was in for service to find the source of s small oil leak ( telltale evidence on my garage floor.). Turns out that it was residual old oil that wasn’t full cleaned up after Ford’s Quick Lane did a routine oil change. The drained oil got on top of the engine skid plate and eventually migrated to a seam where it was able to drip from. They were very apologetic about that part..... the service center cleaned everything up, added black light due to my oil dump, then had me come back two weeks later to ensure there was no active oil leak. All is good! More

Excellent customer service + competitive pricing This is my second vehicle acquisition from Corwin Ford of Tri-Cities. In both cases, I was pleasantly surprised by the no nonsense, zero pressure car This is my second vehicle acquisition from Corwin Ford of Tri-Cities. In both cases, I was pleasantly surprised by the no nonsense, zero pressure car buying experience. Based on previous car buying experiences with other dealerships (not Corwin), I became a strong advocate of bypassing the dealership and buying vehicles direct from the manufacturer (i.e. the "Tesla buying experience"). However, Corwin of TC has forced me to rethink the value of the dealership experience. Team Corwin has been extremely helpful in assisting me to find the vehicle that best meets my needs/wants--without an ounce of pressure commonly associated with the car dealership buying experience. After identifying the vehicle, Team Corwin took care of the details. When the vehicle is ready, I arrive, sign the paperwork, and within a very reasonable period of time, I'm on my way in my new vehicle. Additionally, during maintenance visits, the experience is equally pleasant. As a person who routinely works on the road, Corwin of TC has a customer lounge area that is ideal for those armed with a laptop and paperwork. Very comfortable and productive when needed. Bottom line, as long as I remain a Ford customer, I'll visit Team Corwin first. The combination of unprecedented top notch customer service, a pressure free zone sales experience, and extremely competitive pricing, removes any reason for me to consider alternative dealerships.
