The dealership could have done a little better.. since we bought a certified pre-owned car we were supposed to receive 2 keys but only received 1, due to the weather the previous owner couldn't make it back to town to drop off the second key. And then when she did, it got thrown into a drawer until the dealership realized that they would have to pay the $300 out of their pocket for our key, so miraculously the key appeared about 2 months later! Not a huge deal, but a little irritating when you have to keep on top of them. More

Everything was negotiated over the phone, we drove from Seattle to Pasco...the car was clean, fueled up and ready when we got to the dealership, Jeff went over the car with us, we signed paperwork and were back on the road in our new car in less than an hour.
