I took my F350 in for a tailgate recall on September 17th at 8:00 a.m. They called at 3:30 same day to tell me that they diagnosed the problem but the vehicle would need to remain overnight. Having heard nothing by 4:00 p.m. on the 18th, I called for an update. They called me back at 5:00 p.m. and.stated that the fix did not work ans they'd have to keep the vehicle another day. I told them I would have to reschedule for another day as I needed the vehicle on Friday. I asked to send a driver to pick me up but Christian, the service advisor said they could deliver it "late afternoon/early evening". He called me back at 6:00 p.m. and asked if I was coming to pick up the vehicle. I reminded him that he said he was going to deliver the vehicle. He then put me on hold, came back on the line and said he was working on the delivery. He called back at 6:30 p.m. and indicated the tech had locked the truck and they could not find the key fob and that the tech was not answering his phone. So, as of the time of this post, no truck, no repair and no keys. 48 hours in the shop for TALGATE repair and looks like it's going to stay there another night. . Absolutely horrible customer service and communication throughout the entire saga. More
This review is of the Service Department. I had my 2018 F350 in the shop for a tailgate recall. After some initial communication issues with the service department they did get the vehicle I had my 2018 F350 in the shop for a tailgate recall. After some initial communication issues with the service department they did get the vehicle back in the shop and fix the problem. Communication was much better the second day around. The only weird thing is that now instead of pressing my tailgate button once to open it I have to press it twice. I thought that was strange but definitely a first world problem. I'm not sure I would have the vehicle serviced here again just because they're just so darned expensive, but they do solid, quality work. More
Dealership was staffed with very capable very friendly people! The facilities was clean and professional looking. They made a trip that started off horrible (truck break down on highway out of town ) into people! The facilities was clean and professional looking. Staff helped us secure a hotel as it took more than one day to get us back on the road with a new tow vehicle and transportation to a from their facility. We are very pleased with the choice of our new truck. More
