I bought an F-350, and Frank knew all the details of the vehicle, the differences between the model years, and highlighted features of the vehicle that might help me make a decision. Frank was engaged and attentive during the whole process, but never pushy. He was never just "trying to sell me a truck", but was a partner in trying to help me "solve my problem", offering me other things to consider. It helped me get the right solution much faster than I would on my own. Do I like the truck? Of course, I do :) More

Friendly and Polite, but average I made an appointment for routine recommended service. I was told that some of the service was not needed (though I was told it was overdue when makin I made an appointment for routine recommended service. That service and other service done does seem to have improved performance on my car. Two exterior light bulbs were replaced. Three days later, I found one of the light assemblies that was serviced laying on the ground behind my car. I had to find and purchase similar screws to re-install the assembly (I could not return to the dealer immediately, it is 50 miles to the nearest dealer). I also asked for an oil change that does not appear to have happened. The service writer was friendly and polite, I did not see the mechanic. More

Got screwed!!! Bought a used car with a bad motor had it in the shop for more then a month. Had to follow all there loop holes trying to get someone to fix it. Ended up with another motor through my warrant which covered a used motor and had to go without warranty after that. Car still broke down again, left me on the freeway was get the run are from service and sales! Had to replace with a new ford with a payment I really didn’t want at this time in order to not get screwed over to bad traded in the Kia that was sold to me in bad conditions in the first place!! Now I’m stuck with a 8 year car payment and paying higher interest!!!! More

My DEF level was getting low and I was approaching my 7500 mile mark which is the first service interval for my F350 diesel crew cab 4x4. I have the Ford maintenance plan so the services needed are covered, including the DEF at service intervals. I didn’t want to go over 7500 miles which I would have before arriving home. So David said they were fully booked that day but if I had time to wait he’d work me in given the situation. So I dropped in on my way through TriCities and he got me right in. The techs even stayed a few minutes late to wrap it all up. Much appreciated and rare these days. Great service and thank you to the entire team! More
