A BAD WEEK TURNED GOOD Due to my wife being in an accident (totaling our car) I found myself in the market for a new, replacement vehicle. A friend recommended Corwin Ford to me as I wanted to try a lease this time and he has leased a car from Corwin every three years for the past nine and being really happy with their dealership. This was a first time lease for me so I went to Corwin based on his recommendation. And I have t say I'm glad I did. I knew nothing about leases but I was fortunate in dealing with two really great sales/lease experts, Nelly Ruiz and Josh Keller. True professionals that found me my dream vehicle, a Ford F-150 Super Crew 4X4 SLT, and patiently walked me through the entire lease process. Both were great to work with, really knowledgable of the product line and didn't subject me to a "high pressure" sales pitch. They listened to "my" needs, found the best lease plan that worked for me and kept me within my stated price point. They made it happen and I drove my new truck home feeling I had a fair deal that worked for both of us. I have to say I've always disliked car shopping, but this time it was a good experience and I appreciate that just coming off my wife's accident. I would recommend this dealership to anyone and suggest they ask for Nelly Ruiz or Josh Keller to get them in the vehicle of their dreams.......... More

Crazy busy I was brought in as a result of the takata recall on my husband's Ranger. We received a notice in APRIL stating that replacements were available and t I was brought in as a result of the takata recall on my husband's Ranger. We received a notice in APRIL stating that replacements were available and to get it in to our dealership for free repair. I called corwin back in April and two other times, tried the online chat later in an attempt to schedule the repair. All 3 times I was told that they would "check with parts and get back to me." Never to be heard from again. So, come OCTOBER, we get another notice urging us to get it in. I called over the phone and FINALLY spoke with a nice guy named junior, and was finally able to get scheduled. Now, day of repair, I couldn't even find a place to park my truck as the bay was full from other appointments. They did get us through as fast as I imagine they could. Very nice waiting area for kids though, I was very grateful for that while waiting. Nice employees, just a horrible all around experience getting an appointment. More

Sunroof repair I brought my car in to have to sunroof looked at because it was not opening. When I first brought it in, they told me that the sunroof motor needed to I brought my car in to have to sunroof looked at because it was not opening. When I first brought it in, they told me that the sunroof motor needed to be replaced and that they needed to order it in. I picked my car up and dropped it back off a week or so later. The second time I dropped it off, they called me and told me that there are now two motors that are not working and it would be about a month because the second part could be shipped in. On October 19th, the day after my part was supposed to arrive, I called Corwin and left a message. My call was not returned. The next day I called again and got ahold of someone who told me that they had been in contact with Ford as to why they had not received the part yet. The following day I received a call saying that they had gotten the part and to bring my car in. A day or two passes after dropping my car off and I receive a call telling me that they need my car over the weekend. I felt as if I was just being run around every time I spoke to them. The only nice thing was that they did supply me with a loaner vehicle. More
