Great experience I am a firm believer in shopping local and keeping tax money wothin my city. But there was nothing worth buying in the price range I needed. I came into town for the weekend and was in and out within an hour and a half. Wilson was a great sales rep. He was knowledge of the product and made me and my kids feel super welcomed and made sure we were comfortable. Kassandra has the paper work ready to go and was quick and efficient getting us in and out and papers signed. I’d recommend anyone to call Wilson at Corwin Ford!! 2016 Ford F150 2.7 turbo boost engine replacemrnt Unfortunately my F150 needed a long block engine replacement. Although it took much longer than anticipated (months) Corwin Ford was able replace the Unfortunately my F150 needed a long block engine replacement. Although it took much longer than anticipated (months) Corwin Ford was able replace the engine and return my truck in satisfactory condition. Michael Cunningham, the Corwin Ford Customer Service Advisor, was exceptional in his task of coordinating with the shop, Ford Engineering and keeping me apprised on the status of the engine replacement. It was okay Corwin Ford has always been good to me that's why I keep coming back to you guys. The service was a little disappointing this time tho. I left me truck in there for some recall work, when I got it back it wasn't all put back together right. But Cody took care of that very quickly. The only other complaint I have is that who ever was in my truck left a horrible cigarette smell in my truck and that made me very mad cause I'm allergic to it. More

Good and bad Great salesman in Stephan, very high pressure sales push for extra products and warranties for a second Warranty ( separate salesman) guy said he was Great salesman in Stephan, very high pressure sales push for extra products and warranties for a second Warranty ( separate salesman) guy said he was “required” to hear me say “no” 4 times before he could let it go that I didn’t want them. There was a drop off in the vehicle’s idle which I was told was just the automatic transmission. Turned out the car had two bad coils which was covered under warranty. The was not caught by this dealerships inspection. Right now I am not sure I would purchase another vehicle here because the maintenance shop does not have my confidence, and the push for additional products and warranty were in my opinion unprofessional and what I have seen in consumer reports as borderline predatory. Again, Stephan was extremely helpful and asked the right questions to find out our needs. He gets an A+ More
