It used to be better. With in three days of service a friend pointed out that the license plate light was out and I got an automatic light that showed low tire pressure. Dylan was great in the beginning but in the end when it came to communication about the car being transported the communication could have been better. I also didn’t appreciate how the finance person (Cu came to communication about the car being transported the communication could have been better. In service they are so busy managing maximizing profit and their time that customer inconvenience is ignored. Example: I have to take time from my own demanding business, drive 60 miles, arrive first thi and their time that customer inconvenience is ignored.
