This dealership is just ok. They do not seem to have the greatest and careful employees (it took a service rep at another dealer in a different town to diagnosis the problem) in They do not seem to have the greatest and careful employees (it took a service rep at another dealer in a different town to diagnosis the problem) in the Quick Lane and when we had to have the transmission replaced at just under 75000 miles. Zero communication until I had to physically show up in front of advisor. Didnt want to answer phone or texts. Supposidly called me and left message. No idea whos number she had. A software update recall that we were told would be done same day was not completed in same day. Scheduling gal said they were fast. Journey apparently said they are not fast at all. Kind of call bull on that. Techs that worked on car and retreaved our truck were friendly. Service advisor was not. Maybe because I was already upset by the time I finally got ahold of someone. More
