It takes time to special order a vehicle at Ford, and then it was delivered 19 weeks later before it came in. To top it all off I did not get the interior color my wife wanted. Even after putting a deposit down and allowing them to run my credit literally HOURS before my arrival. He said what questions would I have I should have already discussed the sale with the salesman. This guy came very close to completely losing the sale. He suggested a 725 wasn't that great and I should expect a crap rate. Sir my house is probably a xxxx of a lot nicer than yours Sincerely - A Business Owner who would have not bothered had I read an honest review like this one. They also gave me the car on E and the pamphlet provided said all Blue certified vehicles are supposed to be topped off what a complete joke. I purchased my Ford Escape from Corwin on August 30th, and the experience has been beyond frustrating from start to finish. My car broke down on the highway a week after buying it. When I tried to schedule a service appointment, it took over a week of being ignored, transferred from person to person, and brushed off before I could get anyone to help me. After finally getting to drive my new car, I’m still waiting on a $750 rebate. During financing, I was told by the fiance manager that the rebate couldn’t be applied to my auto loan because the sales manager was gone for the day. I’ve now been told multiple times that it was mailed, or would be mailed, then that I could come pick it up, then back to no picking it up and waiting for it to be mailed. I finally called Ford customer service and wasn't shocked to find out that my rebate claim wasn’t even processed by the dealership. It’s been over a month and I still can't get it from them. More
