I needed a part replaced on my F150 that wasn't working properly. Tyler was the service advisor who greeted me and evaluated what needed to be done. Not what we expected We purchased our Dodge Durango from them 2 weeks ago. We received the paperworks by mail today just to find out we now have to pay taxes for registrat We purchased our Dodge Durango from them 2 weeks ago. We received the paperworks by mail today just to find out we now have to pay taxes for registration and license when we were told they were included in the loan. Our monthly payment it's not what we talked about with the salesperson at the time. One last thing, after a week from the purchase, the engine lights came on and now we have to bring it back to them to check it out. Not happy at all. More
