We received the paperworks by mail today just to find out we now have to pay taxes for registration and license when we were told they were included in the loan. Our monthly payment it's not what we talked about with the salesperson at the time. One last thing, after a week from the purchase, the engine lights came on and now we have to bring it back to them to check it out. Not happy at all. More

Disappointed 2018 Ford user. Made a appointment to get the noise in my front wheel checked. I made the mistake of being honest with the young man.He said that it did not make the noise they could not fix it. Since I will be going out of town soon I said can you check it. He gave me this stare. I said "No problem I will take it take it to another Ford Dealer. I purchased the car from Corwin but this is probably my last visit. More

No Stars We purchased a vehicle from Corwin Ford in Springfield, MO three weeks ago and were told we would have the paperwork for our financing and tags within We purchased a vehicle from Corwin Ford in Springfield, MO three weeks ago and were told we would have the paperwork for our financing and tags within 2 weeks. After several calls to the salesman and the dealership, it has now been 3 weeks and still no paperwork, along with leaving messages during normal business hours with the operator for someone to call us back regarding this issue and no returned calls. The salesman told us he would get new floor mats and a paint pen with the purchase at no additional cost and we were assured these would be delivered to us within 2 weeks as well, still no update on these either. Two days after purchasing the vehicle a text was sent to the salesman asking if there had been a problem with one of the tires not holding air, the response was "just put some air in it, it should be fine." The tire had actually been plugged in an area that cannot be fixed so had to purchase new rear tires as well within a week of purchase. This vehicle is supposedly a certified used vehicle and has been thoroughly inspected so this kind of damage to the tire should have been found. Definitely would not recommend this dealership and we will not be returning. More

Emergency 800 miles from home I was traveling with a group of people with special needs to Branson when I noticed something leaking from one of my rear wheels. I have a custom mad I was traveling with a group of people with special needs to Branson when I noticed something leaking from one of my rear wheels. I have a custom made Ford van with a tag axle and 6 wheels and the front rear tire had an axle seal fail. (I believe I have the correct wording.) My husband had numerous contacts with Matt, the service advisor we worked with. They were able to work out a time for me to stop and have the fluids checked in the differential; the fluids were full but it was obvious that there was a leak of some sort. The wait was short and very comfortable. I'm sorry I didn't catch the name of the young man who checked us in but he was very accomodating to us. We left with no charge and a free bottle of fluid in case. As we continued it appeared to me the leak got worse and I was concerned about safety so back to Matt who set up a early appointment to have the seal replaced. I was able to leave Branson and everyone, have the van repaired, even a new bearing found for the 2002 van and still be back in Branson by noon. I so appreciate the kindness, understanding and willingness to help us out. It is encouraging in today's society to meet people and businesses willing to help. Thank you. More
