2nd time returning in a week The staff is very friendly and good at keeping you up to date. I came back to get my battery and windshield wipers replaced. One of the mechanics le The staff is very friendly and good at keeping you up to date. I came back to get my battery and windshield wipers replaced. One of the mechanics left the plastic cover on my wiper..... I had to pull it off when I got home. Not a big deal, but would've been if it had been raining. The last two times I've been there something has been left or not completely finished. It has been small things but shows a lack of attention to detail.... either that or you need more shop help. I waitef a lot longer than predicted again but was a given a little break on my bill because of it. Your office staff is why I keep coming back. More

Check Engine Light I had to make an appointment and bring my car back at 7:30 a.m. I waited 3 hours and they figured out problem, but I had to bring it back the next day I had to make an appointment and bring my car back at 7:30 a.m. I waited 3 hours and they figured out problem, but I had to bring it back the next day because they didn't have the part. I didn't make it back at mid-morning like they suggested so when I came in around 11:30, I was told I had to bring my car back after 2 because the technician was gone to lunch. Overall, it was a lot of wasted time, but they did replace the part, and my car is back to normal again. I did get to talk to some interesting people in the waiting room and got to watch tv, so it was all good. I was not charge anything because it was covered under the warranty. More

tire pressure sensor on my explorer, i was getting a tire pressure sensor warning failure. so i was told i needed to replace the sensor.....well did that, still getting on my explorer, i was getting a tire pressure sensor warning failure. so i was told i needed to replace the sensor.....well did that, still getting a warning...was told NOW that it needs to put it on the computer tp analyze where the problem is because it may be a module that needs to be replaced. IF i had been told from the beginning that there were other possible causes to the warning signal and that to find out what the cause was it should be put on the computer i would have done that FIRST. Now i've spent money replacing a part that wasnt even the cause of the problem!!!!! not sure if i'm going to spend the money at this point....... More
