The service department has done a good job of taking care of the problems with our explorer It is a good thing because the explorer corwin sold us is a mechanical nightmare It has spent more time in serv of the problems with our explorer It is a good thing because the explorer corwin sold us is a mechanical nightmare It has spent more time in service than on road with major problems And their solution was to buy something else More
quick lane area was awesome, the service area not so awesome Went to have my oil changed on my 2019 escape. I guess the first time oil change is hard because the filter is on so tight and in the process it was l Went to have my oil changed on my 2019 escape. I guess the first time oil change is hard because the filter is on so tight and in the process it was leaking oil pretty bad. Manny took it to the service group and they said it would take 45 minutes. We waited til it was done, picked it up and drove away. Within the first block it was making awful noises and when i turned it had a clanging noise and sounded like something in the back was rolling around. Took it back to service and it seems they forget to put a couple brackets back on and didn't put the bottom cover and was left in the back of the escape. Was not a happy camper. Manny was great and easy to work with, not so much for the others More
