The salesman was fine. But when they took my brand truck back to wash it and clean up the inside ( like they do with every single vehicle they sell) and for some reason the carpet on the passenger side floo back to wash it and clean up the inside ( like they do with every single vehicle they sell) and for some reason the carpet on the passenger side floor was completely disintegrated. Instead of doin the right thing and telling me about the issue so I could just have them fix it or pick a different truck, they went ahead and pulled the floor mat over the problem area so that unless you were on that side and looking under the mat of a new truck I wouldn’t see it. Which was the case because I didn’t notice it for a couple days until something fell into the floor and I had to go get it. i went back to the dealership just to get the run around on getting the carpet replaced. Had to go up there 3 different times. The last time they said they would finally fix it. But now I’ve gotta wait for them to order it and then get a loaner truck while they fix it. It was a very shady deal. And on top of that the manager wouldn’t even speak to me on the issue. Core in Ford is not a dealership that I would recommend to anyone. I will never buy a vehicle from there again. More

Definitely NOT STELLAR I was first greeted by MYRON who REFUSED to let me talk to my salesman. NOT IMPRESSED WITH HIM AT ALL! Everything at the dealership definitely FAKE NICE. We even had to get our own refreshments... oh ya water in waiting room....REALLY. They definitely acted like THEY were doing me a favor. The convertible I purchased had issues . I notified my salesman right at opening the next day, as others have said the sale was done so I didn’t matter. I returned my vehicle 2 days later because I live an hour away. Severance dpt said “Well bring it in EARLY so you won’t HAVE TO WAIT AS LONG.....?. .????? Isn’t an appointment an APPOINTMENT. I feel the dealership should have reimbursed me the fuel cost. The auto DEFINATELY wasn’t checked out before they sold it. The sales manager was driving it so to them that was checked out. These guys aren’t even CLOSE in customer service to Fletcher or Nevada Auto Mall or Zeck in KC. I certianly hope ALL REVIEWS get read by the powers that be! More
