Definitely NOT STELLAR I was first greeted by MYRON who REFUSED to let me talk to my salesman. NOT IMPRESSED WITH HIM AT ALL! Everything at the dealership definitely FAKE NICE. We even had to get our own refreshments... oh ya water in waiting room....REALLY. They definitely acted like THEY were doing me a favor. The convertible I purchased had issues . I notified my salesman right at opening the next day, as others have said the sale was done so I didn’t matter. I returned my vehicle 2 days later because I live an hour away. Severance dpt said “Well bring it in EARLY so you won’t HAVE TO WAIT AS LONG.....?. .????? Isn’t an appointment an APPOINTMENT. I feel the dealership should have reimbursed me the fuel cost. The auto DEFINATELY wasn’t checked out before they sold it. The sales manager was driving it so to them that was checked out. These guys aren’t even CLOSE in customer service to Fletcher or Nevada Auto Mall or Zeck in KC. I certianly hope ALL REVIEWS get read by the powers that be! More

Less than wowed with this dealership, found car on internet.... call about price and warranty... I drive 4 hrs to get there... lied about warranty and then try to jack up the price... said they added internet.... call about price and warranty... I’m like well it’s listed on the sticker price, then they said it was some kind of theft device.... I bought it after they take off the xx charges, Cashiers check should been easy sell.... partner gets in it to drive it home 1/4 tank of gas...I’ve never left a dealership without them filling it up.... xxxx poor customer service More
