I recently bought a certified pre owned ford flex and come to find out they really sold me on it being a certified car. Come to find out that doesn't mean much they sold me a vehicle with what I consider come to find out they really sold me on it being a certified car. Come to find out that doesn't mean much they sold me a vehicle with what I consider worn out tire and mismatched tread depth on an all wheel drive car. When voiced this concern I was told well we certified it so its ok. I hope that certified warranty is better than the inspection they do for it More

The salesman was fine. But when they took my brand truck back to wash it and clean up the inside ( like they do with every single vehicle they sell) and for some reason the carpet on the passenger side floo back to wash it and clean up the inside ( like they do with every single vehicle they sell) and for some reason the carpet on the passenger side floor was completely disintegrated. Instead of doin the right thing and telling me about the issue so I could just have them fix it or pick a different truck, they went ahead and pulled the floor mat over the problem area so that unless you were on that side and looking under the mat of a new truck I wouldn’t see it. Which was the case because I didn’t notice it for a couple days until something fell into the floor and I had to go get it. i went back to the dealership just to get the run around on getting the carpet replaced. Had to go up there 3 different times. The last time they said they would finally fix it. But now I’ve gotta wait for them to order it and then get a loaner truck while they fix it. It was a very shady deal. And on top of that the manager wouldn’t even speak to me on the issue. Core in Ford is not a dealership that I would recommend to anyone. I will never buy a vehicle from there again. More
