Maybe best experience I've ever had at any dealership in all the many states I've lived in! Made us a great trade in and great deal on the vehicle (Ford Explorer ST which my wife and I love!). Nick has made several additional calls to check up on us. Also my wife stopped by the dealership with a few questions after the sale and Nick went out of his way to take care of her.
