They told me to come and get the truck and when I arrived they were showing it to another customer. They actually passed by me to show it to the other customer totally ignoring me. I ended 2022 with the purchase of a new 2023 Ford Mustang Premium. This is my second Mustang (first was a 2020) I have purchased from Corwin Ford. Jamie Gosa has walked me through both purchases but this Premium. This is my second Mustang (first was a 2020) I have purchased from Corwin Ford. Jamie Gosa has walked me through both purchases but this second one was much more special because of the care and attention I received from Jamie. He's more than a salesman to me, but a friend that I have come to trust. His advice and his experience in making my choices for this special deal was superb. Through Jamie's help I have the Mustang of my dreams with all the options that make this purchase very, very special. Financing was made easy by Steve who found a lender who beat the interest rate of my credit union. Kudos to Steve for his work. Unfortunately I don't know Steve's last name but he is worthy of 5 stars. Many thanks to Jamie twice now and to Corwin Ford. In the past, with my 2020 Mustang I found Corwin Ford's service department to be well worthy of my continued patronage with their exceptional attention to detail. and timely service. More

After hitting a deer and suddenly needing to replace my car, I spent the day with David Sullins of Corwin Ford, Springfield to find it. This guy was fantastic! I brought several dozen cookies for the sales team (which I highly recommend doing), to help make the progress as pleasant as possible! I was intent on finding the right car and David was really patient and took the time to explain everything. Another sales person, Mary Johnson, also took the time to help me feel comfortable and supported. Overall this was by far the best car buying experience of my life! Seriously awesome 😎 my only complaint of the day….the toilet paper was beyond awful 😣 seriously people! If you want your guests and staff to be happier, better toilet paper is the answer! Thank you David, I felt heard and respected and drove home pleased with my beautiful, bougie, social lounge, spaceship car! Btw, you looked amazing in my purple fur coat and I’m really sorry about the whole drag queen misunderstanding… I hope that doesn’t become a thing. More

I bought a 2019 certified used vehicle recently and I would have given all stars b/c of the sales associate David Tice and his outstanding job with his professional straight forward approach. Being a ol would have given all stars b/c of the sales associate David Tice and his outstanding job with his professional straight forward approach. Being a older woman and knowing very little about cars I've found buying cars in the past to be stressful and car salesmen to say just about anything, untill now. David Tice was patient, had excellent communication skills, polite, more than happy to answer my every question and most of all he listened as to what I needed However b/c of not having paid attention to the little details and trusting the dealership to have been as outstanding as the sales associate I failed to listen to the stereo. And only after getting the car home did I discover the speakers were blown on driver's side. Went to the service department only to have them say the speakers were fine after they wasted 45 min of my time to check it out. I was surprised when I got a call from David asking me to bring the car back in and to have me speak to his supervisor of which I did and was shocked that I was having to haggle out a deal with the service department to pay for half the cost of the speaker. Never would I have thought that certified used with warntey excluded the speakers and don't plan on ever utilizing the service department at corwin. I can only assume it was their service department who inspected the vehicle and certified it and my fault for not having gone over everything inside the car. I'm a bit salty over it and is why I only gave 3 stars More
