I purchased a 10k vehicle here in late September. When I bought the vehicle the check engine light was on, they assured me the issues that were going on would be fixed by a computer component. They assured me that they had the part ordered and were just waiting to fix it. I dropped my car off the first week of October and did not get it back until December. With every fix the service department ordered the wrong parts or installed faulty parts and the pick up date continued to be pushed. The day came to pick up the vehicle and I texted the manager that I was still experiencing some of the same initial issues and got little to no response from him. I went back in to the shop to talk face to face when the same issues started getting worse. They knowingly sold me a car that was broken and did not uphold their word of fixing it. I have the assurances that the issues would be resolved over text from their manager however since the service department marked the vehicle as “operating as designed at this time” even though none of the initial issues were fixed Alex burkard smugly let me know that I have no legal standing under the lemon law because they “fixed” car and it was sold as is so I could either trade up or leave. After a discussion that was going nowhere Alex proceeded to offer me a laughable amount for trade in value of the vehicle and let me know he was happy to trade me into a more reliable vehicle but the price would be higher. Anyway stay away from this dealership they’re scam artists. More

I was just browsing the lot with no intent to buy. The salesman approached, and I informed him of my intent. We discussed what I was interested in and my price point. He understood that I wasn't really interested in making a purchase. He wasn't pushy like I've experienced so many times in the past with vehicle purchases. We looked at a few vehicles and even took a few for a drive. As he looked through inventory he found a vehicle that wasn't in the front lot. It was a perfect match for what I was looking for. After a lot of back and forth and some serious work on both the salesman and the management team we come to an agreement and I left in a new vehicle. Alex S. was an ideal salesman to work with and ended up with sale from someone who wasn't planning to buy! More
