We purchased a car Dec 29th 2022. We had a sales person not present the car facts till after we had signed some papers and we didn't know we could back out. The vehicle had been in a accident and after we had driven it a couple days some major issues appeared. I went to the dealership with my concerns. First I have to say Brian Hinkle our first sales person(who had to let the other sales person step in because he was handling another deal) has been amazing that isn't even the right words! He bent over back words for us! As well as for the mager and GM Tim. They let us trade back in the vehicle with no penalties. Then Brian searched and search for the perfect vehicle!! Spent hours with us went over and beyond what his job title is! And the the manager himself helped every step of the way , over and beyond!! Today we drove away in a vehicle we feel safe in because they actually cared about us not just treated us like a customer but like they actually cared. If you are looking for a vehicle this is your place and 100% Brian Hinkle will go over and beyond. He isnt the typical sales person, he actually cares!! I purchased a 10k vehicle here in late September. When I bought the vehicle the check engine light was on, they assured me the issues that were going on would be fixed by a computer component. They assured me that they had the part ordered and were just waiting to fix it. I dropped my car off the first week of October and did not get it back until December. With every fix the service department ordered the wrong parts or installed faulty parts and the pick up date continued to be pushed. The day came to pick up the vehicle and I texted the manager that I was still experiencing some of the same initial issues and got little to no response from him. I went back in to the shop to talk face to face when the same issues started getting worse. They knowingly sold me a car that was broken and did not uphold their word of fixing it. I have the assurances that the issues would be resolved over text from their manager however since the service department marked the vehicle as “operating as designed at this time” even though none of the initial issues were fixed Alex burkard smugly let me know that I have no legal standing under the lemon law because they “fixed” car and it was sold as is so I could either trade up or leave. After a discussion that was going nowhere Alex proceeded to offer me a laughable amount for trade in value of the vehicle and let me know he was happy to trade me into a more reliable vehicle but the price would be higher. Anyway stay away from this dealership they’re scam artists. More

I found a service truck online that they had for sale. I called and emailed the dealership on the weekend when no one was working. First thing Monday morning I got a phone call from Rich Hert, Sales cons I called and emailed the dealership on the weekend when no one was working. First thing Monday morning I got a phone call from Rich Hert, Sales consultant. He described the truck and sent a walk around video of it. We made arrangements to come look and ultimately purchased it. Very pleasant to deal with. More
