I sure would like to take my truck and get JUST an oil change instead of the barrage of calls/texts saying "We found a problem that should be fixed immediately or you're going to die!" and for only $150.0 change instead of the barrage of calls/texts saying "We found a problem that should be fixed immediately or you're going to die!" and for only $150.00, we can do it? I know that they would like to turn a $75.00 oil change into a $500.00 repair bill. I know what it needs but some of their scare tactics are quite annoying. I bring in my truck and pay for an oil change for the convivence, but I'm highly considering changing it myself to avoid the hassle of taking everything out of my truck (So it doesn't get stolen. Yes! It's happened.), drop it off, go home and drive back later to pick it up. It's getting to the point that it's not really worth the hassle now. I wish that there was a service named "Oil Change Only and Leave Me Alone"! More

Nov 16 2022 dropped off Focus Focus with bad tramsmission. Dec 7, 2022 got an estimate and confirmed bad TCM. Feb 16, 2023 new TCM had arrived at dealership. Feb 22, 2023 informed that the tramsmission. Dec 7, 2022 got an estimate and confirmed bad TCM. Feb 16, 2023 new TCM had arrived at dealership. Feb 22, 2023 informed that the clutch also had to be replaced asked for new estimate. Mar 9, 2023 got new estimate. Told them to fix it. March 24, 2023 still waiting. More
