Mr. Brigden, We genuinely apologize for the length of time your vehicle has been out of service. Unfortunately the parts for the original concern and the secondary concern have been on a backorder. This delay has been compounded by Ford Motor Company working with our team to offer you some financial relief for these repairs. When Ford gets involved the process can certainly slow down. Please know we are doing everything we can to get you back in your vehicle as soon as possible. How come your service representative has failed to keep me informed. How come your mechanic failed to inspect the clutch mechanism when he found that the TCM was bad ? It took over two weeks just toget the estimate to fix the clutch. Nobody has told me that there would be a delay in getting the parts to fix the clutch. People ask me when I am going to get my car fixed because they see me walking. I tell them how I have been treated by both Ford and Corwin Ford. Are these potential customers impressed by Ford and Corwin Ford. Word of Mouth is quite effective.
