Tried changing the price of the vehicle after we had been told a price out on the lot. Then printed off a sheet of paper of what they “paid” for the vehicle. After a price was finally ironed out they tried removing other additional items (tail light pulse) to lower the price while we never talked about removing it. Also the process took nearly 4 hours because Malcom kept getting the information typed wrong or not knowing what forms to print. This process was painful. Especially when Malcom kept trying to make us feel bad for getting a “deal” on this car. If they weren’t making money they wouldn’t sell it to you. Your a customer and should feel valued not like a burden. They also ask you for 5 star reviews by phone call after you buy the car. Just lame salesmanship.
