I had a really solid experience buying a used 2024 Mazda at Corwin in Springfield. I worked with Roger Branham in Sales and Chris in Finance. Roger was friendly, respectful, patient, and responsive while we worked through the deal start to finish. Chris offered me the extra products (gap insurance and extended warranty) -but didn't pressure me at all once I declined. A big bonus is that they were able to beat the interest rate my credit union offered me by a full point! I would be happy to buy from them again. More

The Mustang we bought from Corwin still has many of the issues it had when we bought it. Many of the things were supposed to be fixed before we picked it up but were not! Although we've had it in the sho issues it had when we bought it. Many of the things were supposed to be fixed before we picked it up but were not! Although we've had it in the shop several times, the window still whistles at highway speeds and doesn't fit correctly. It is very, very annoying. We understood when we bought the car that it would be fixed and we would be taken care of. That really wasn't the case at all. Each time our local Ford dealer reached out to Corwin they didn't have much luck with a return call of any kind or even an email let alone $ to back up the repairs. Even though this car was supposed to be "Gold Certified" there were so many things wrong with it that I have no idea how it passed the "rigorous 172-point inspection". The driver side window went up and down for no reason. (we tried to have this fixed several times) The movement is gone but the fit is terrible and the wind whistle is terrible at highway speeds. I also paid out of pocket to try to get this fixed even though Corwin promised it would be fixed at no charge. We were even encouraged to stay in Jefferson City without coming to Springfield for the repairs. I know now why this happened. It happened because Corwin didn't want to deal with the problems.... The side mirror doesn't adjust and is very loose. The latch to move the seat forward doesn't work half the time, there is a huge crack in the trunk lid cover.... etc., etc., etc. Our salesman and the finance guy were good but the rest of the staff seemed a little too slick and unfriendly. The place seemed unorganized and unprofessional. We would not buy another car from Corwin and we've told everyone in the Springfield area to steer clear as well. I've had many cars. This is our 3rd Mustang Convertible and by far it has been the worst buying process and customer service I've ever experienced. I've heard that things have changed and that there is new leadership. I hope this is the case because I'm not sure how they would stay in business otherwise. If you want to keep customers and get positive reviews you might want to take better care of everyone that walks through the door in the future. My family and I won't be back.... and neither will any of our friends if I can help it. More
