Repairs seem to be done properly. However my vehicle was kept for a month because they had trouble finding a transmission. And the price for repairs was too high for my extended warra However my vehicle was kept for a month because they had trouble finding a transmission. And the price for repairs was too high for my extended warranty to cover all of it. I bought the extended warranty that Corwin recommended and then they charged more than the warranty would cover. Not happy about that part! More

My wife and I are traveling across country pulling our travel trailer. I made an appointment for the works oil change. While my truck was up on the rack the tech notice, during his inspection, that the travel trailer. I made an appointment for the works oil change. While my truck was up on the rack the tech notice, during his inspection, that the left front wheel had play in it. The service writters Justin and Todd took me into the shop and showed me the problem. The left front wheel bearing had excessive play in it and needed to be replaced. This wasn't an inexpensive fix but it needed to be done for the safety of my wife and I! As well as the other drivers on the road. I had the right side wheel bearing done as well. Corwin Ford was also able to get the work done the same day as we were schduled to leave the following morning. I would also like to thank my shuttle driver, Tom for the ride back to our camp site. Not only was he professional and friendly, but is an enlightened Christian as well. The Corwin team quite possibly save my wife and I's life from a possible catastrophic situation!
