Corwin Ford was excellent in helping me when my car wouldn’t start. It was a battery issue but the checked other features on the car to make sure I was safe. I was very impressed with their mobile service. We had a recall that was basically a computer update. The service tech came to our home, did the update and was gone in about 25 minutes. We recently purchased a used 2020 Escape from Corwin Dodge and had to bring the car to Corwin Ford to have a recall done. We also had to purchase a second key from an online dealer and had it programme Dodge and had to bring the car to Corwin Ford to have a recall done. We also had to purchase a second key from an online dealer and had it programmed. We feel every vehicle should have a minimum of 2 keys and if not, then it should be part of the dealer's courtesy to provide one whether keyless or keyed. If they don't feel it is their responsibility to do so, then charge the seller at time of trade-in. We had to pay $163.49 to have it programmed, plus the price we paid to purchase it. At the end of the day, we received several sheets of paper being told it was our receipts for recall and key programming. When we got home and started going through all of them, we find a sheet telling us the have found several things that should be addressed immediately or very soon. Nothing was mentioned when they turned the "receipts" over to us! We have since found out from another shop that most of the items are not necessary or do not need to be addressed immediately. More a routine checkup type of list. Nothing was mentioned at the time we picked up the car. If the need was so dire, we would think they would have reviewed it with us at the time. More
