We worked with Lucas, he did everything he could to help us out. As we were purchasing a car 3 hours away from home. They did everything they could to get me in the vehicle the day I made the trip down ther us out. As we were purchasing a car 3 hours away from home. They did everything they could to get me in the vehicle the day I made the trip down there. After driving the car home and then driving for less than a hour the next day the water pump went out. I contacted the dealership and we were able to get the situation resolved and the car is being fixed. I would highly recommend this company and Lucas! So grateful for all the help. More

This was my second truck purchase from Corwin Ford…the first being right after they purchased the dealership from Friendly. The first transaction was excellent (WAY BETTER than it was when it was (Un)Fri first being right after they purchased the dealership from Friendly. The first transaction was excellent (WAY BETTER than it was when it was (Un)Friendly). This one was FAIR. The process was easy and the salesperson nice. The discount from sticker was reasonable as was the trade-in offer. It started going sideways when the pulled up the financing offers they all automatically INCLUDED extended warranty costs of $1,800 or so. No, not asked for in advance and NO not clearly visible on the screen when I was asked to choose. When I did point it out I got, “Well everybody gets that…this is why we go ahead and put it in there.” Yep, EVERYBODY does not look that close. They also automatically added $800 for ‘micro etching and a 3rd brake light flasher.’ Just like the extended warranty…’everybody’ adds those. YEP, they sure do, because you add it and hide it and don’t tell them. So I’m torn…better than the old Friendly Ford, but its not like I would send my retired mom there to buy a car. She’d end up paying sticker and get stuck with $2,600 in ‘extras’ that ‘everybody’ gets because they hide them in the financing process. More
Originally, I walked the lot of the Corwin Springfield location, but no one came out, so I went to the Corwin Republic location. Immediately, Brian Hinkle appeared at the door of my car and asked if he co location, but no one came out, so I went to the Corwin Republic location. Immediately, Brian Hinkle appeared at the door of my car and asked if he could help. Brian Hinkle was wonderful to work with. He is based at the Corwin Ford Republic office, but found the car I was looking for at the Corwin Springfield office, and was able to facilitate the sale. He patiently took the time to explain the features of my new Bronco. I recommend that you ask for Brian, and you will have a good experience. I give Brian 5 stars. More

I was told while purchasing the vehicle that I would receive a second key fob. After everything was signed and I came to pick up the vehicle I was told they did not have one and it would cost $500 to ge receive a second key fob.
