Dealer did a great job on getting me in and out back on the road. Kayla was assume to deal with! We picked up the car late ,Kayla was gone. Jeff the advisor closed us out, nice and courteous! I made my appt a month ago and agreed to the 150000 mile maintenance. Expecting that these things would be done and anything above this would be discussed with me. I stead I got a text that there were too m maintenance. Expecting that these things would be done and anything above this would be discussed with me. I stead I got a text that there were too many walkins to get to my car in a timely manner but that they would send me an estimate of work needed. To my surprise the estimate was for the stuff I already agreed to and when I called to express my concern I was told you were overbooked and unable to provide the service I already agreed to a month ago. I was very disappointed in this visit and now I have to find an alternative place that will provide the services I need without giving me excuses. More
