Service rep Colton was fantastic! Got the job done sooner than expected, and done right! Corwin Ford actually seems like a TRUSTWORTHY establishment - different than what I've seen Got the job done sooner than expected, and done right! Corwin Ford actually seems like a TRUSTWORTHY establishment - different than what I've seen other places... I also love their shuttle service - or they can also bring your car to you! After using Corwin Ford once, I'm never going anywhere else. I found my 'guy'! More
I only trust Corwin Ford with my 2022 Ford F 150 for service. They get it right the 1st time. They explain everything they did and everything that might be needed in the future. What's good for Gus... to xxxx with the customer. Service Department this morning: 6 customers waiting in line for Keith to check them in. The other 4 guys working there were helping n customer. Service Department this morning: 6 customers waiting in line for Keith to check them in. The other 4 guys working there were helping nobody the entire time. But all 6 of us have to wait for Keith instead of one of the other 4 guys being able to help us. I'm sure this operating procedure works best for Gus Ford... certainly not for the customer and this attitude is simply indicative across every aspect of the business. My car, a 2020 with less than 20K miles is still under the factory bumper-to-bumper warranty. Yet, when I point out an issue that needs to be addressed they say it is not covered by the warranty. They just say it as a statement of fact. Can they explain why? No. Can they point me to the warranty language that excludes what I'm talking about? Of course not. Because it IS covered, they just don't want to deal with it. I on the other hand can read perfectly well, and I can read to them the warranty language and the exclusions and point out that none of those exclusions apply to my case. But they are adamant, nope, not covered... because to xxxx with the customer, it's all about what is best for Gus Ford. More
Keith James Trowbridge must have no soul. We went in with a airbag light coming on for possible warranty claim. The car had been in previous accident but on the driver's side. Of course Gus Johnson said it w a airbag light coming on for possible warranty claim. The car had been in previous accident but on the driver's side. Of course Gus Johnson said it would cost $650 for a part and they blamed it on previous accident or something not being hooked up properly some other BS. We weren't budgeting for that kind of cost so we said we want the car back they charged us $146.00 for for hooking the car up to an OBD scanner. Luckily the code is included and looking it up on the internet it was a open circuit code, meaning broken and on the passenger side. I quickly found the wire that was tucked up inside the carpet and that is what the photo shows. I'm filing a better business bureau complaint as I think the problem was misrepresented and it should be a warranty claim. This is a common problem with Ford Fiestas. More
