Crappy service - DO not take your vehicle there I’ve been to the Service Department twice and both experiences were awful. On behalf of a friend, I’ve brought a vehicle in for service. The first ti I’ve been to the Service Department twice and both experiences were awful. On behalf of a friend, I’ve brought a vehicle in for service. The first time (approximately 6 months ago), I worked with Don. I presented a coupon for services. I waited more than 2.5 hours for an oil change (“The Works”) then found out that Don chose to pick and choose which tasks were completed. So, I failed to receive all of the requested work then he wanted to charge me more than the coupon price. After we made a stink about this, I re-schedule and return a second time to get the work finished. Recently, my friend implored me to return again for “The Works” as she had another coupon. This time I worked with Dick. The invoice was extremely unclear and confusing. I asked for an explanation since I was being charged more than the 39.95 coupon price. In a condescending, patronizing manner he chose to do a math calculation with me whether than address my questions about why the invoice had to be so confusing (since nowhere does it have the figure. I pointed out that he was not addressing the issue. I received and angry, “I don’t know. The computer does that. It’s not me.” More

I felt Sorry for Lance riding in the back seat of the Focus during our test drive but he never complained even though he is 6'5" and had to be a bit uncomfortable.
