The service riders really need to find a new filing system. My vehicle is managed through a fleet company, and it always seems to take a very long time to find the paperwork. I spit out the old name th system. My vehicle is managed through a fleet company, and it always seems to take a very long time to find the paperwork. I spit out the old name the new name the name of my company my name it’s always a long wait time for them to find the filed paperwork to pick up a vehicle. While I was there this time a lady knew to her county job came in to pick up a county vehicle and was standing there for more than 10 minutes while they looked for paperwork so she could check out her car. This seems to be an ongoing issue. More

Please do not trust when they tell you that they've inspected the vehicle and is in safe working order. The gas tank actually had been damaged and created a situation for us that could literally have inspected the vehicle and is in safe working order. The gas tank actually had been damaged and created a situation for us that could literally have created an explosion! They would not even consider fixing it with an extra charge. Shame on Corwin Ford. More
