Absolutely horrible! Had my oil changed in my car yesterday. Had an 8am appt. My car didnt move until 1. I am so glad I wasnt waiting on it or relying on them for a time frame. They did not call me or update the app until I called them at 445. I had to call 7 times before I got an answer! Everytime, it would go to voicemail or I would get someone and it would go to voicemail when I was transferred. They also never rotated my tires but the paperwork states they did! I had a tire pop awhile back that I had replaced so I know what tire that was as it was a different brand. It was in the same spot. I also asked for an appraisal while they had it. I just now got it, over 36 hours later from them having my car!!! I paid 29k for this vehicle 1 1/2 years ago from them. I have to drive 50 miles a day to and from work so I put on more than the "normal" daily mileage average but they offered me "around 15". Not even a set amount either. They were very vague about it. I told them to go kick rocks because I paid 29k for it less than 2 years ago. I was not taking half! I know they have to resell the car but that is a bit extreme! They dont care about their customers, they dont care if you have a time frame you have to have your car back by, nor do they care what you think of them. I have never dealt with a company so self centered and ridiculous! I will ride my horse to work before I purchase another vehicle from this company. I will also take my oil changes somewhere else too. They ignore their customers, do not seem to care about money and will talk down to you like they are some kind of rich snob and you are a poor homeless man. Never again. More
I wish there was a 0 star available… READ BEFORE YOU BUY HERE: I have been waiting for almost a year for a Ford Maverick that I ordered and put $1,000 deposit down on 09/19/2022. Get a call today 07/21/2023 HERE: I have been waiting for almost a year for a Ford Maverick that I ordered and put $1,000 deposit down on 09/19/2022. Get a call today 07/21/2023 informing me that my 2023 will not be built, but they will be more than happy to charge me $4k more for the exact same truck built in 2024 (that I may or may not get a year from now). Called Ford Motor Company and was informed that Corwin dropped the ball and did not verify my order with them so they dropped it from the build list for 2023 and I am out of luck getting priority for a 2024 even if I’m willing to pay $4k more. Nice. Corwin will not make this right even though they admit it’s 100% their fault. Just can’t do it, but I’m more than welcome to throw in $4k more and roll the dice again. The level of incompetence is astounding. Ford Customer Care is also worthless and can do nothing to help because all dealerships are independently owned and operated. I can’t wait for the day the dealership model is gone and I can direct order my vehicle from the manufacturer. Save a couple of grand and a whole lot of headache. Avoid this dealer and their incompetence if you are in the market for a car! More
Had a verbal offer over the phone to trade in a vehicle and purchase a used one from them. When I arrived to haggle a little more on price, they came back almost a thousand dollars higher than the phone of and purchase a used one from them. We bought a gold certified used car from them. They guaranteed us that everything was inspected and in great condition. Less than 2 weeks after buying it the motor blew and had to be replaced! We told them we didn't want it anymore and they told us that we could trade it in for a several thousand dollar loss on it or we had to take it home. We spent several Saturdays up there trying to work out a deal but it all ended with us out a lot of money! They just kept telling us that they were doing us a favor by supplying a rental car for the over 3 weeks it took to do the repairs. They charged us for a maintenance package that they had told us was included as well. We told them several times we didn't want the data dot coverage but they charged us for that too. Terrible company that we are still fighting with to make this right. More
I have been attempting to buy a vehicle since August, now it's late September. I've bought several but among other things I had the price raised twice on me at the end and I walked out. This dealership was the most straight forward dealer of all that I have dealt with, and they got my business. I had left my old vehicle there and came back a few days later with someone to drive it home. I stopped and ask the salesman, Tyde Jones, a question and he seemed genuinely happy to see me. He knew the answer to my question and responded. It could have been a dumb question, but he didn't treat me as stupid. This is probably my last vehicle purchase as I keep a vehicle around 20 years but I will recommend this salesman and dealership to my friends and neighbors. I hit them a star on price but that is just the nature of buying a vehicle these days. More
