They talk-up how good their service dept is during the sale, then fail to deliver a simple appointment to have headlights adjusted. UPDATE...called later in the day to reschedule and I was forwarded to a Representative. No one answered the phone and after about 5 minutes the call went to a voicemail. I left a message with my phone number and my call was NEVER RETURNED! I can't believe I bought their optional service contract. I really miss my Larry Miller Ford that used to be on Nampa Caldwell Blvd. More

If you try to inform them the problem in frustrating you get no help. More
