We brought our 2017 Edge in because the check engine light came on and it was idling rough. After diagnosing the problem, Amy contacted us saying we needed a new engine! We were surprised as the car on light came on and it was idling rough. After diagnosing the problem, Amy contacted us saying we needed a new engine! We were surprised as the car only had 41,375 miles on it. Throughout the process Amy kept us informed of our coverage, how long it would take to replace the engine and even gave us information on a rental car which we ended up not needing. Amy was a very good communicator and we appreciated her informing us of everything that was being done. More
