Corwin Ford Nampa - Service Center

ripped off by service department on March 5the 2020 I left my car at corwin ford to have the a/c fixed. The compressor was making a very LOUD noise and was not cooling the car. The service dept diagnosed the problem as being a broken “evaporative assembly” which cost $3200. On April 17 I was able to take a drive to check the a/c and it still did not work. The symptoms are exactly the same! The dealer has chosen to rip me off and keep the $3200 and charge me an additional $1600 to replace the condenser, which was the REAL PROBLEM TO START WITH!\ I am disabled and on a fixed income. I can not afford to be ripped off by theseCharlatans! More

Poor Service Department This is just 1 issue but there have been many over the last 4 years. Had transmission ‘repaired’ in January 2019. In February 2019 had to take it back This is just 1 issue but there have been many over the last 4 years. Had transmission ‘repaired’ in January 2019. In February 2019 had to take it back in due to it leaking. Was told by my service rider that when they ‘repaired’ my transmission the technician didn’t fully tighten down the transmission bolts and that “I was down 2 quarts of oil and that there was transmission fluid everywhere!” They supposedly ‘fixed’ it. I am now having transmission issues again! Talked with my service rider on 10/2 who stated he would round up a loaner car for me and get back with me. Have never heard back from him. Left a message for the service manager on 10/4, after not hearing back from him, called him again on 10/8. He was supposedly concerned and said he would expedite getting me a loaner car and that he would call me back the next day, which would have been 10/9. I have never heard back from him. More

Major engine repair I brought my car into Corwin Ford due to major engine problems and can not express how amazed I was at the customer service I received from service ad I brought my car into Corwin Ford due to major engine problems and can not express how amazed I was at the customer service I received from service advisor Cody Lubbes. He continually kept me updated on the work that was being done and needed done assuring me he would have it taken care of as fast and as accurate as possible! During this time he also had a family emergency and still was there for me updating and never making me feel as if he had forgotten me or that he could pass me onto someone else! He is diffintly a valuable employee and will keep me coming back! We need more people in the customer service world like him!!!! Thank you Cody Lubbes you are amazing!!! By the way my car runs great! Don't buy service warranty Made an appointment for 9:15 this morning. Arrived at 9:08 and was told it would be 2 hours before a mechanic would be available. Why did you schedule me with no intention of keeping your promised and SCHEDULED service appointment . Thank you for wasting my day. I will never buy a car from corwin ford again. They talk-up how good their service dept is during the sale, then fail to deliver a simple appointment to have headlights adjusted. UPDATE...called later in the day to reschedule and I was forwarded to a Representative. No one answered the phone and after about 5 minutes the call went to a voicemail. I left a message with my phone number and my call was NEVER RETURNED! I can't believe I bought their optional service contract. I really miss my Larry Miller Ford that used to be on Nampa Caldwell Blvd. More

If you try to inform them the problem in frustrating you get no help. More

5 STAR SERVICE I have been going to the service department at Corwin for quite sometime now. I ONLY talk to Gary as my service advisor, why? There are so many shady characters in the car game these days, and Gary is one of the most honest people I have ever had the pleasure of knowing. Completely impressed with the repair price, and I will only recommend that my friends and family see him. More
