Weeks of repairs needed to be done with bad communication early on in that process. I was told they did not have time to install a new windshield on the truck I purchased, but they would have someone come to me. Sean told me he left a message with Glass Monkey, I ended up reaching out and scheduling it myself and setting everything up. Another salesman assisted me when picking up my truck and stated it should’ve been detailed upon completion but that was not done either. More

After making 3 consecutive new car purchases from Corwin Ford….never again. I’m done with Corwin & Ford. I’m a life long Ford buyer, but Corwin changed that. After making an appointment, 1 week out, I delivered the car to the Corwin Dealership @ 8:00am as requested. 1-1/2 days later they didn’t even move the car, let alone work on it. Very poor communications & no resolutions offered on how or when they would even look at my vehicle. I just picked it up & called another Dealership for prompt repair. Ford builds poor quality cars, leads the world in recalls, then creates a nightmare for their customers needing to get them fixed because Ford under engineered/built them to start with. No courtesy cars available at Dealership, just excuse after excuse & it’s my fault for being impatient. Think I see a new Toyota or Honda in my near future! More

I dropped off my truck off with Daniel and got a ride home from Jade. She was great and very good to talk too. Then after all the work was done Daniel called and Jade picked me back up. They require my truck to be there for 4 days for diagnostics but will not provide a loaner car like other dealerships do. Spending 70k on a truck then told sorry no loaner is horrible business. So due to the inconvenience, I had to pick my truck back up before it got its diagnostics. Will have to consider Kendall for my next purchase due to this major inconvenience for customers. More
