I had The Works done on my vehicle. They also found I had a dirty air filter and dirty cabin air filter. They replaced those also. My mediocre experience started when my truck was brought out to me and the rep asked if I wanted him to run it through the carwash. I asked if their carwash was safe to run my truck through. I asked again, reminding him my Bronco has a soft top. After reaching out the window to feel the top, he said, "Oh my bad. I didn't realize that." Before leaving the dealership, I checked my dashboard tire pressure gauge (tire rotation and service was supposed to be performed). The pressure readings were exactly the same as when I brought the vehicle in (left rear pressure low). After showing the rep the gauge, he brought my truck back to the technician. After waiting another 10 minutes, he returned and stated, "the technician recalibrated all the pressures; however, now your right front tire is low." He drove my truck over to the Quick Lanes and finally brought all 4 tires back up to the recommended pressure. After another 10 minutes, my truck was finally delivered to me again. Driving home, I observed the passenger side seatbelt casing seemed out of whack. When I returned home, I realized the technician was required to remove the casing in order to complete a seatbelt re-call; however, he/she did not complete the repair. It wasn't hard, only a minute of my time, but I repaired the side casing myself. Upon opening the rear door, the following day to put in groceries, there was a pair of black latex gloves lying on the floor - apparently from the technician working on my rear camera re-call. Just saying, the technician had two entire business days with my vehicle.....services were not complete upon picking up my vehicle, repairs were not complete upon picking up my vehicle, and I had to remove trash from my vehicle used by the technician. Overall, not very happy. Will probably travel to a dealership closer to Boise for better service next time. More
