Have a 2021 F150 Hybrid Limited. Service.advisor Didn’t communicate the problem well with the truck service people. Instead of trying to fix tail gate step issue they just wanted t Service.advisor Didn’t communicate the problem well with the truck service people. Instead of trying to fix tail gate step issue they just wanted to replace whole step assembly for over $2,400. I ended up fixing it with some WD40 and a simple latch adjustment. Second time something similar has happened with you guys. Just feel like I am getting hosed every time. Probably just need to quit whining and change Dealers. More
