If you try to inform them the problem in frustrating you get no help. More

Been waiting 3 days for an answer as to wether or not they are going to fix since the problem was something they missed on trade in. Wont call me back and ive left multiple msg. Ridiculous. Theyve even got my name wrong. Its 30k dollars ppl! And the truck is useless to me in less than 2 wks! Insane. Worst dealership ever. Only guy I like there is jim wilke which was our salesman. More

My wife and I have now bought two cars from Corwin Ford both from salesman Larry Black within the last year and a half. While my wife and I are both nervous when we go to make a major purchase, Larry coul both from salesman Larry Black within the last year and a half. While my wife and I are both nervous when we go to make a major purchase, Larry could not have made it easier or more pleasant. Simply put, it was easy. He did his best to put us in the car that we wanted, helped us to find one that worked with our budget, and even worked late to help us out with the financing. Most dealers wont do that, they are more interested in putting you in the car that works best for them, but not Larry. He got us a great deal, with 5k knocked right off the top. Our first trip to Corwin, back when it was still Dan Weibold, Larry put us in a great used Escape that worked great, then when we decided to up grade, he put us in a new 2014 Focus (fyi FANTASTIC gas mileage, safe, and smooth ride) and we could not be happier. I was in a car accident and the other guys insurance company was in a hurry to get me out of my rental and try and pay off my other car. I had 3 days to find another car. So I went online to find a Kia company was in a hurry to get me out of my rental and try and pay off my other car. I had 3 days to find another car. So I went online to find a Kia for a decent price. So I found Corwin Ford online and began to browse and I found a Kia Soul in my price range with very low mileage. So I called my dad and asked if he would go with me to go take a look at this car with me. We got there and looked around it was nice to be able to look around and not be hassled and bothered by a bunch of pushy car sales man. I took a look at it and instantly fell in love with it. So we went inside and found Jim Morrison and asked to take a look at the car, so he went and got the key and brought it around for me. I got in it took it for a test drive and I was sold, so we went back and started up paper work. Jim and Matt made the paper work and getting financed so easy, they made sure we were taken care of and we were getting a fair price. I would go to Corwin Ford and work with Matt and Jim over and over again and I would send anyone their way. Corwin Ford is very lucky to have these two Gentlemen working for them, they need a raise! I purchased a truck to pull an RV as well as my horse trailer. I traded in a dependable H3. The truck has a safety feature, back-up camera. I had the truck a very short time and depended on this featu trailer. I traded in a dependable H3. The truck has a safety feature, back-up camera. I had the truck a very short time and depended on this feature to back up, knowing a post was there that I could not see. The safety feature didn't work, the dash did not work. I gently backed into the post, didn't think there was any damage but red paint. When damage was pointed out, I took the truck in and a rather unpleasant service tech, over a few conversations, informed me the owners manual said you do not depend on this feature you pay for but drive as if not there. Was this disclosed? No. Who reads owners manuals before buying? Who reads the entire manual when the truck is brand new? Ultimately a part broke and the tailgate wouldn't go up. This was the same day I was hauling the RV to my new home but couldn't hook up. Fortunately the park manager was able to force it up but it was uneven, metal to metal. I was informed this was also my fault since I hadn't had my insurance company fix my truck since Ford refused to stand behind their safety feature that was pointed out to be there. The dashboard sometimes worked, sometimes not. Of course their testing revealed nothing. Once they kept it longer than promised, over a w/e. I asked if it had been used for other purposes. Another time I was told they drove it a lot but found nothing. When I asked how many miles, the story suddenly changed. I was never able to get mileage. It was not entered on anything. I was told that although the truck had been filled that I was stuck with the spent fuel. However, it was full when I got it which made me even more suspicious. I said I was going to report this to the federal level and then all my paperwork was gone. My insurance company had been promised the sales agreement for about 2 months and never got it. When I went in I learned all was missing. The man who helped me was surprised the back-up safety feature was not to be used when driving. I was given to the service manager after the tech's behavior was too "curt" for me. My appointments with service yielded nothing but problems. The backup aid no longer works correctly and is less sensitive. The service manager knows. The truck was sent out for a repair, came back with a big chip in driver's vision. I just took care of it and made sure my insurance company knew who was responsible. I also told the service mgr. In the meantime the truck failed to start while in Boise. But if I am supposed to bring it in, I have to do so at my expense, as well as rent a car. Fortunately it finally started. In addition to the undependable dashboard, lost mileage, chipped windshield and further damaged safety backup system, the radio is acting up. It sticks at 3 settings and I cannot adjust. Now it started blacking out. The passenger window went down on its own a few times. I have not gotten notices for the services for which I paid extra. These notices came regularly with the previous truck. I asked if things were done to my truck vindictively. I asked when a vehicle is a lemon because this truck left a sour taste in my mouth. Ignored. I'm sure there is more that I can't think of now. There is no way I would ever recommend this service department to anyone. In the words of someone else, Run! I am now looking for another dealership to tend to the service needs I purchased. More
