Great I had a Dodge truck in for service at a dealership next door. While waiting I walked over to Corwin Ford and ran into Jimmy Wilkey. I told him from the start that I was just wasting time waiting for my Dodge to be worked on. After knowing that I expected him to leave. He walked around with me and answered all my questions about Ford trucks. At the end I told him which truck I liked but that he did not have the truck in the the color I wanted. About a week later I received a phone call from him asking me to come down to the dealership and take a look at some trucks again. Low and behold there was the truck that I liked in the color I wanted. If it wasn't for Jimmy remembering the smaller details of our conversation I would still be driving my Dodge. Thanks to the team over at Corwin Ford. Top notch and recommend anyone I know looking to give Jimmy a call. More

I fell in love with the car and decided to take further action into making it my own. I had expressed to the salesman named Cory, that I had a hefty down payment that exceeded $15,000. Due to insurance costs, I was not able to pick up the Subaru, and so I left The dealership. The guy I went to look at this car with also looked at one for himself, he however didn't have a down payment of any sort, only a trade in. I have received about a dozen phone calls from Corwin Ford since the day I walked out but my buddy hasn't gotten one. Corwin Ford in Nampa chased my money much further than they should have and made me feel very uncomfortable about returning. I would highly advise to take your business elsewhere that is not so worried about their commission that they disregard respect and ethics. They are shady and greedy people at Corwin. More
Disappointed to say the least! I helped my mother buy what looked like a nice clean, well kept older Toyota Camry from Corwin Ford's The Other Lot. Of course being a used car it wa I helped my mother buy what looked like a nice clean, well kept older Toyota Camry from Corwin Ford's The Other Lot. Of course being a used car it was sold as is. But wouldn't you think my mother might have been able to drive more than 100 miles in this car before the check engine light came on? The news was really bad and we spent another $2500 getting the car in running order making it a pretty overpriced 2002 Toyota Camry! It's my fault, I made the first mistake of used car buying and didn't get this car checked out by an independent mechanic. If I learned anything from this experience, I learned to never skip that step again. Dealers don't care if they've passed on a huge problem to an unsuspecting customer. I don't even think Corwin did it knowingly, I'll bet most of their used car sales go much better than this. But the thing is they don't care if one sale in 100 or 1000 or 10,000 go bad. They won't make any kind of realistic offer to help. Buyer beware! More

Once i called and said im ready to buy, we done the paper work and everything was explained in detail and brought up on the computer so i could see . Don't buy service warranty Made an appointment for 9:15 this morning. Arrived at 9:08 and was told it would be 2 hours before a mechanic would be available. Why did you schedule me with no intention of keeping your promised and SCHEDULED service appointment . Thank you for wasting my day. I will never buy a car from corwin ford again. They talk-up how good their service dept is during the sale, then fail to deliver a simple appointment to have headlights adjusted. UPDATE...called later in the day to reschedule and I was forwarded to a Representative. No one answered the phone and after about 5 minutes the call went to a voicemail. I left a message with my phone number and my call was NEVER RETURNED! I can't believe I bought their optional service contract. I really miss my Larry Miller Ford that used to be on Nampa Caldwell Blvd. More

If you try to inform them the problem in frustrating you get no help. More

Been waiting 3 days for an answer as to wether or not they are going to fix since the problem was something they missed on trade in. Wont call me back and ive left multiple msg. Ridiculous. Theyve even got my name wrong. Its 30k dollars ppl! And the truck is useless to me in less than 2 wks! Insane. Worst dealership ever. Only guy I like there is jim wilke which was our salesman. More
