The used car dealership was the poorest I’ve ever delt with. For two days they completely ignored my emails and inquiries. When I went to their website and chatted with the online person, i finally got with. For two days they completely ignored my emails and inquiries. When I went to their website and chatted with the online person, i finally got a reply from three people, but after responding to all 3 people. Noone was willing to follow up and get me information about the car. After three days of frustration, someone finally sent me a msg saying the car had sold. There horrible response time, and apparently having zero interest in selling a car, I found out I had lost the car to someone else. This is (so for) my worst experience with any dealership. Im 52, and have dealt with alot of dealerships all over the country. This one definitely needs new salesmen. More
I tried to remain a loyal customer but due to numerous “mishaps” and very poor overall communication with the folks at Corwin I won’t be doing future business with them. For my truck being a certified pre owned many nuisance items were missed that I chose to just fix myself. (Disconnected wiring harnesses, both bumpers were loosely attached by a single bolt on each side and missing most of the necessary hardware, etc.). I prefer to service my vehicles where I purchase them. Things happen I get it, but not every single time I bring the vehicle in. When I requested to speak to someone in management regarding the issues as to be expected I never received a call back. I will just leave it at “post sales customer service is not a priority for them”. They are always polite and professional but fall short on the delivery side of things in the end. More
They are not helpful nor knowledgeable. I left my truck there for months and paid $1,800 for them to not even know what the problem was. I couldn't go without my truck and zero assistance on their part so I got my truck back (NOT repaired) AND they refused to refund my money despite not fixing my vehicle at all. FYI IF IT DIES WHILE YOU ARE DRIVING IT THEN IT IS NOT FIXED. PRETTY EASY. I took my truck to a local mechanic and they found the issue in a day.... for a fraction of the cost. Corey Rife was my salesman he is an incredible Person he worked. Hard was Patient, knowledgeable, honest, & straight forward, I asked for no nonsense & I got none Corey Together with Zack, Sales Manage he worked. Sales people are helpful when you can get ahold of them. Talked to 2 sales people and 2 sales managers in order to get deal completed. Lost count on number of phone calls for negotiation. Once there experience was better,but not great. The detail job was so so at best. Couple of people that were exceptional Daniel in accesories went above whats expected to help. Finance was quick and efficient. Jeff was salesman that did final check and drive. He was very knowledgeable and courteous. I personally think they could take a little time in dealing. I was still cleaning out and vacuuming from last owner. More

Terrible, only communicated with me to tell me that the car they were advertising on cars.com wasn't actually in stock. Bought an Edge from Corwin in 2015. Sales staff just fine. Two recalls came up on the vehicle, both in 2020 regarding possible leaking brake fluid, and, steering gear motor bolts that Sales staff just fine. Two recalls came up on the vehicle, both in 2020 regarding possible leaking brake fluid, and, steering gear motor bolts that could fracture. I understood at that time parts were not yet available and we were all in Pandemic lockdown. I called the dealership in June of 2021, was told that they would have to check and call me back, which they didn't. A week later I called again and left message. No response. I emailed the dealership and got an email from the email guru there saying someone would call which they did the next day telling me there were no parts. I called again early 2022, left message and no response. I finally took the car to another local dealership who treated me like I was important and they were able to quickly take care of the recalls. Another friend purchased an Edge at the same time with the same recalls and could not get a return call from them either. I don't feel I could recommend Corwin Ford as their customer service after you purchase the vehicle is nonexistent. More
