Truck brought in with an issue that could have checked on a new one in lot. Service person said they had to have technicians work with Ford to ensure the tech got paid for their warranty time. Took 3 days a new one in lot. Service person said they had to have technicians work with Ford to ensure the tech got paid for their warranty time. Took 3 days to work on issue that could have taken 15 minutes to confirm issue. Customers time is worth something. Service person was nice enough. I was also told a few times when I called at 1 pm that it was "too early in the day" for a diagnosis. More
