I was charged over $900 for an oil change and fuel filters, then given an estimate of almost $9000 of repairs that were non existent or unnecessary. Used car dealers, insurance companies, and ambulance-chaser lawyers have a lot they can learn from Corwin Ford service dept., at least that's how I felt after the attempted highway robbery. More

To say that I was very deer in the headlights about doing this on my own was very emotional and daunting. Your salesman Me Haw was extremely patient, polite and understanding. He answered all my endless questions and treated me with the same respect and honesty as if I was his mom or grandma. He found me the exact Ford explorer with the platinum package that I’ve been looking for in white star paint with baby flakes and he applied a sizable discount and rebate to sweeten the deal.. he taught me how to use the features I was unfamiliar with and even set up my I phone and some apps. The finance department sold me a 10 yr 100000mile warranty to ensure many years of hassle free enjoyment. My granddaughter bought her first used car from Me Haw and my son in-law now drives a new ‘tricked out’ truck with all the bells and whistles thanks to one very knowledgeable and personable ace sales person. Our family now feels part of the Corwin Ford family. More
