They require my truck to be there for 4 days for diagnostics but will not provide a loaner car like other dealerships do. Spending 70k on a truck then told sorry no loaner is horrible business. I honestly felt a disconnect between the Service Dept and the Quick Service side... the Service Dept promises quick turnaround times and quality service at the Quick Service, but after a 2 hour wait all I go the Quick Service side... the Service Dept promises quick turnaround times and quality service at the Quick Service, but after a 2 hour wait all I got was a LOF and tire rotation and claims of ignorance regarding a diagnosis of the main issue that I came in for 2K miles early for a regular 5k LOF. To truly diagnose my issue, I must apparently schedule an additional appointment with the Service Dept...where the truly trained mechanics are employed??? I just recently purchased the vehicle from Corwin Ford and was hoping for a better experience than I received, while looking for a long term maintenance option versus doing my own at home service.
