Amy in service is great. Not a great experience with the salesman Sean McFarland. Communication after papers were signed seemed unimportant with lack of communication. Weeks of repairs needed to be done with bad communication early on in that process. I was told they did not have time to install a new windshield on the truck I purchased, but they would have someone come to me. Sean told me he left a message with Glass Monkey, I ended up reaching out and scheduling it myself and setting everything up. Another salesman assisted me when picking up my truck and stated it should’ve been detailed upon completion but that was not done either. More
