Service experience was very disappointing; a key issue (under carriage rattle) that I was told could be diagnosed at the time of an oil change was not even written up on the work order for the technician. When I asked about the issue, I was told that I could/should take it to a Ford dealership closer to my home if I was unable to leave the vehicle at the Corwin dealership for up to three days for eventual diagnose. As a retired new vehicle dealership managing partner with almost 50 years of experience, I have NEVER heard anyone referred to a same brand competitive franchise dealership for a simple service request. A great buying experience but a terrible service experience. I wonder if the fixed operations management team is aware of what is happening. More
