I had an appointment to drop my truck off on a Monday but it wasn't looked at until Wednesday. When the truck was ready on Friday, I failed to look in the back seat. The skid plate was there. I’ve had to take my car in 3 times, get a rental or be without a car with 3 small kids only to have my expedition kept for a week and then returned with nothing fixed. There is no way they could have tes without a car with 3 small kids only to have my expedition kept for a week and then returned with nothing fixed. There is no way they could have test drove it after it was “fixed” and noticed that it obviously wasn’t. And then return it, like I wouldn’t noticed nothing had changed. I’m flabbergasted. More
