Have a 2021 F150 Hybrid Limited. Service.advisor Didn’t communicate the problem well with the truck service people. Instead of trying to fix tail gate step issue they just wanted to replace whole step assembly for over $2,400. I ended up fixing it with some WD40 and a simple latch adjustment. Second time something similar has happened with you guys. Just feel like I am getting hosed every time. Probably just need to quit whining and change Dealers. More
