I had no issues with the repair or quality of work completed. This shop is always thorough and good quality repairs / work. The only issue I had was with the length of time and lack of updates. The repair took much longer than initially quoted with no periodic updates along the way. The only updates I received from the service rep were after calling or texting to ask for an update and several times with the promise to check with the technician and get back to me either ASAP or by the end of the day and each time not delivering on that promise. The 3 day fix turned into 10 and the website provided to check status stayed at vehicle checked in (step 1) for the first 5 days and “inspection in progress” (step 2) for the next 5 days. The service rep finally called at 1pm to tell me the repair was complete. I responded that I would be there in an hour or so. I arrived 1 hour and 15 minutes later to a filthy truck that could have been washed at some point in the hour+ prior to my arrival. Those may seem like little things, but that simply the service I have come to expect from this dealer I have worked with for the last 15 years. More

Our car was called in for a inspection due to a recall. When it was inspected it apparently passed for the recall. The recall is for trim falling off while driving, and our trim is sticking up and looks li When it was inspected it apparently passed for the recall. The recall is for trim falling off while driving, and our trim is sticking up and looks like it's going to come apart after some time. We were told our inspection passed because quote the trim won't fly off. We have been waiting for the trim to be fixed for years, but were told to wait on parts. Now there is a recall for the very same thing and they decided they won't fix it. Car is quickly falling apart in many ways. 2016 Ford Explorer, less than 100,000 miles. More
