Brought truck in for a check on the sunroof not closing. After inspection and a 6000$ quote to fix it, let them know was not interested. Upon review of the charge of $192 for a tech to look at it I was charged a $28 shop charge. When asking about it was told it was for bolts, rags, grease, etc…. None of which were used in my inspection. Told them was not paying for that. Removed it from invoice. When went to pay and pick up truck on the way home realized that the tech did not even replace the rubber gaskets surrounding the sunroof. Needless to say guess they figured didn’t need to put back the way they found it since I wasn’t going give them my buisiness. Will find another Ford dealer in the future. More

Once we identified the exterior color, Ariel proceeded to open the doors and show us all the details of the interior. He was so thorough and demonstrated how many of the options works, which was helpful. Ariel never seemed rushed and answered all our questions. A couple of times he checked on things that could benefit our purchase, i.e., did the Tremor qualify for the lower interest rates, etc. Once we determined the accessories we wanted, Ariel completed the appropriate paperwork and told us he’d keep us advised of our order status, which he did. Overall, the Corwin Ford employees with whom we interacted were courteous and helpful. Working with Ariel was a great experience, and we will definitely contact him for any future vehicles. I didn't give it a five because me and that my age I shouldn't have to worry about driving to the service center in the dark to be there in time to have my car done before noon. I recently had the pleasure of working with Devin during my vehicle search, and I can confidently say that he was amazing from start to finish. Nick did a great job helping me with my repairs. Two issues that would have helped to get a 5 Star rating. First, I brought my truck in for a broken fuel cap door. He hoped to get it fixed while I w Two issues that would have helped to get a 5 Star rating. First, I brought my truck in for a broken fuel cap door. He hoped to get it fixed while I waited. It couldn’t, so he scheduled a time for me to bring it back in for repair. When I brought it back in I was then told Corwin would have order the part to repair it, and it should be in a few days. After a week I called back. Nick told me the part was there, but he wasn’t notified. So, we scheduled a third visit and the repair was completed. Not happy with 3 trips back to Corwin for a warranty repair when 2 should have fixed it. Second issue. The TPMS was reporting low air pressure. I asked Nick to check TPMS error on third trip and he said he would have it taken care of. When I got my truck home I decided to see what PSI tires were filled to. Found that 2 were filled to 65 psi. 1 was filled to 62 psi, and the 4th was filled to 69 psi. I reset them all to 65. More
