It was a real pleasure working with Chris Packer at Corwin Ford to purchase my F-150. The buying process was quick and relatively painless and it is an awesome truck! We did have 1 issue that appears Corwin Ford to purchase my F-150. The buying process was quick and relatively painless and it is an awesome truck! We did have 1 issue that appears to be from the factory (leaking radiator coolant hose) that forced the truck to be serviced the day after it was purchased. However, Chris provided excellent support and lined up a 2019 F-150 Limited loaner vehicle for my use until the new truck is fixed. He made this possible even though the service dept says they didn't have any loaners available due to the auto shortage and demand. More
